How To Get Started

Please upload your high-resolution images to retouchingnyc.wetransfer.com and include your retouching requests. This will allow me to see the images and understand your needs, so that I can provide the best possible service along with a custom quote and turnaround time.
Quote & Turnaround

After reviewing your images and retouching requests, I will reach out to you with any follow-up questions that are necessary to provide a custom quote and expected turnaround time. This will give me a chance to clarify your needs and provide an accurate estimate of the cost and time required to complete your project. Once the deposit is paid, your project will be placed in the queue and I will begin work on it as soon as possible.
Revisions & Deliverables

After I finish retouching your images, I will send you proofs for review. If you have any adjustment requests, I will address them and offer up to two free revisions on previously requested items within 24 hours. This guarantees that you are completely satisfied with the final product. Once you are happy with the result and have paid the remaining balance, I will provide the full resolution files.
