Kiln | Mini Headshot Event

In celebration of Kiln’s opening in Bend, Erin O’Connor Photography is offering a limited number of complimentary professional headshot mini sessions on Wednesday, June 3, 2026, from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM.

Each participant will receive a focused 5 minute session with posing and expression direction. The process is quick, relaxed, and guided, so you leave with a polished image you can use for LinkedIn, personal branding, professional marketing, and other business needs.

Headshot Sign Up

Please select your 5 minute time slot and complete the form to sign up for your mini session.

After submitting the form, you will immediately receive a confirmation email with the required photography release. The release must be signed and submitted before your session begins.

What’s Included:

  • A focused 5 minute headshot mini session

  • Posing and expression direction

  • One final image selected by Erin O’Connor Photography

  • Natural, polished retouching

  • One downloadable web resolution image

  • Access to the shared online event gallery within 48 hours

Important Details:

  • This is a quick, event style headshot experience. To keep the day running smoothly, image selection will not take place during the session. Erin will professionally review and curate the strongest image for each participant.

  • Please complete the required photography waiver before your session begins, as Erin cannot photograph anyone without a signed release on file.

  • Final images will be delivered through a shared online gallery within 48 hours of the event. Participants will receive an email as soon as the gallery is ready, including a direct link to access and download their image.

Optional Upgrades:

  • If you would like additional images, full resolution files, advanced retouching, or a more in depth branding session, those options may be booked separately after the event by contacting Erin at erin@erinoconnorphotography.com

Before Your Session:

  • Please arrive ready and on time for your session. Simple, well fitted clothing in solid colors usually photographs best. Avoid busy patterns, large logos, and anything you do not feel comfortable wearing.

  • No need to overthink it. You are in good hands. This will be quick, easy, and not at all stuffy. I’ll guide you through posing and expression so you feel comfortable, polished, and still very much like yourself.
