The Process

  • 1. How To Get Started

    To begin, please send your high-resolution images via downloadable link to erin@retouchingnyc.co  and include detailed retouching requests. This will allow me to assess your images and fully understand your needs so that I can provide the best possible service along with a custom quote and estimated turnaround time.

  • 2. Quote & Turnaround

    Once I’ve reviewed your images and retouching requests, I’ll reach out with any necessary follow-up questions to ensure I fully understand your project. You will receive a custom quote and an estimated turnaround time based on the scope of work. Upon receiving your deposit, your project will be added to the queue, and I’ll begin working on it as soon as possible.

  • 3. Revisions & Deliverables

    After the retouching is complete, I will send you proofs for review. Should any adjustments be needed, I offer up to two free revisions on previously requested items within 24 hours. Once you're fully satisfied with the final product and the remaining balance has been paid, I will provide the full-resolution files.
